Aircon follows guidelines that have been created by the Air Conditioning Contractors Association (ACCA) whose standards have been codified and regulated by state and federal governing bodies as being the gold standard for designing and installing HVAC equipment, ducting, and ventilation. These variables include performing a Manual J – Heat Load Calculation, a Manual S – Equipment Selection Calculation, and a Manual D – Duct Design.
How We Work
Due to the complexity of designing a custom HVAC system, Aircon employs and provides continuing training for specialized members of our team called Comfort Advisors. These team members understand how to help homeowners navigate the technologies available to find the right home comfort solutions.
What We Measure
Our Comfort Advisors gather the information needed to complete the ACCA calculations from our customers’ homes. This information includes square footage, number of occupants, lifestyle information, age and condition of windows and insulation, local climate conditions, and many other factors.
Aircon believes that customers deserve fair value. This has led us to develop a pricing model for our services that allows us to continue delivering services for our customers far into the future, while also remaining competitive with other service providers.
